After john lewis got details of my order wrong for the 3rd time I was not feeling to confident to go ahead with them. I decide to go to Designers Fabric to get a quote. it was less expensive almost by £800 pounds and the fitting of the curtains cost 100 pounds less. After visiting stores in Nottingham, I despaired of finding the right curtains for our lounge, which has four windows, all different widths and lengths. The swatches were dull and boring. A friend recommended Designer Curtains, so I went to have a look. I found customer service to be outstanding, and there is a vast choice of fabrics. I found the fabric I wanted on my first visit, and was measured up for the curtains, and had the very reasonable quote confirmed, the very next day. The quote was roughly half the price of other suppliers, although the fabric was superior to others I had looked at. The curtains were made up within the 2-3 week timescale promised, and I was delighted with the results. The curtains were already pleated to match the window widths and I was given a generous no of clips to attach the them to the pole. Because of the preparation by Designer Curtains my husband was able to hang them whilst I was out for most of a morning. We both love the curtains, which have greatly enhanced our lounge. Designer Curtains has competitive prices, exceptional customer service, high quality fabric, and the workmanship of the final product was superb. I will continue to use and recommend this company.
