The service from making the appointment with the receptionist, Jessica, who was very patient and friendly - to the appointment itself has been very professional and very friendly. I thought Danielle was the dentist herself, but said she was the Dental Therapist - she was so thorough, explained procedures in detail and was very knowledgeable. She was very patient in explaining things to all of us as a family. I wanted to make an appointment to have my teeth cleaned and she made time to include that in the same appointment, which she did for my daughter too, to save us from coming in again. I haven't been dentist for awhile and not a big fan of them anyway. But the reception staff was friendly and Danielle and Sarah who did my treatment was very professional, very friendly, had patience and also made my time there comfortable.
