Great I.T. knowledge, 5* service, very pleasent character. Much better dealing with Chris locally who is more than ready to give you impartial advice than somebody on the end of a phone who hasn't a clue who you are and does not really care.

Found Chris when my Mac decided to have an issue with turning on. It had all of my work on it and I was having quite the mental breakdown thinking I had lost everything and that I would need to spend a fortune for another one. Chris happily had a look the same day that I found him. He ran a diagnostic something-or-other and discovered one problem and fixed it. Then, as computers do, there was another issue! Chris had no issue having another look and ta-da - I'm typing my review on my Mac having had no further problems. Chris is a computer-saver and very personable. Would recommend him to anyone!

Really impressed with the service from Chris at Cavendish Systems. Initial query was responded to within a matter of hours. Once my laptop had been dropped off the problem was quickly diagnosed - hard drive had died - Chris was able to give me a couple of options in respect of the repairs, costs etc. so no hard sell & everything was explained in a clear concise way that I understood - not being particularly computer literate ! Definitely recommend and will definitely use again.
