Bought a new battery helpful staff until they charged us wrong price now waiting patiently for the refund

I've known the owners of Kimberley caravans for over 30 years and they are truly what you call a family business, started very small and now one of the UK's prestigious caravan suppliers and everything to do with caravans, They have not changed at all in that every customer is treated with the utmost respect, every caravan whether it be £1,000 or £100,000 you are looked after just as well. We bought a brand new caravan from them 22 years ago and it's still going nicely and all looked after and serviced by Kimberley caravans. I took my in laws to get them into caravanning around 30 years ago. When I told the owner of Kimberley caravans that my in laws lived at the very top of Scotland he offered and did a free safety check on the caravan and sold them a spare wheel at cost price (in those days a warranty was not mandatory). They enjoyed it so much they went back a year later to upgrade, they were shocked as was I when they offered the full price that they paid for it a year before against any other caravan, where else could you get that?? We're getting back into caravanning again after an illness and covid, so we were back at Kimberley and again no change, simple wonderful amazing customer service, a place where the customer does matter immensely. We are so lucky that we are local but people do travel from all over the UK to Kimberley caravans and keep returning and every reason to do so. I do like a bet and I would put money that you would not find a better caravan dealership group within the UK. Absolutely recommend these guys as HIGHLY as possible, trust me you will not be disappointed.

Had an invite to a VIP weekend. So.....with absolutely no intention of buying a new caravan we went to meet salesman Richard Eureby. We pick up our new caravan next Thursday!!!

Did not return my calls. More than likely loss of sale. Disregard my first comment. The phone number used was the wrong one. Contact made and everything went accordingly. New purchase made. Sorry if I created problems for anyone.

Save yourself money and most importantly stress and go somewhere else.Nothing but issues with the first few weeks of having our motorhome. Break pads and shoes needed completely replacing after 500 miles, this should've come up in the MOT but didn't and wasn't on list of future issues so wouldn't trust where they are taking them either. Got a list of exterior issues that need fixing and interior. Interior bits just glued together and falling off and apart in hot weather. Insect blinds full of mould and need properly cleaning. First few weeks of travelling in it have been stressful to say the least. Writing this on behalf of my partner who wants to just try and enjoy the rest of the holiday without stress.

Well stocked and very relaxed . never at any point felt under pressure to make a purchase Richard made the purchase of our new caravan very comfortable and we can highly recommend Kimberley Caravans

My husband and I recently purchased a caravan at Kimberley. Actually we’ve ordered our new caravan October 2021 for the year model 2022. As it promised we can have it in between June and July but sadly it didn’t arrived. The sales representative Matt who’s been trying his best that we can have it within that year but still didn’t materialise due to post covid pandemic don’t have enough staff in making the caravan. After 19 months our brand new caravan arrived with all the efforts of Matt and the team. Today is our handover process with Andy was smooth and we learned a lot for looking after our new caravan. The service in Kimberley and all the team is excellent. “Highly recommended!”

I brought my first new caravan from Kimberly caravans and Everyone at Kimberly caravans has been amazing. So friendly and helpful.I would like to say that the sales guy Matt was outstanding in all aspects of the sale from me approaching him when just looking around to the handover. Matt is a credit to Kimberly there wasn’t any sales pressure what so ever he was just full of great advice and knowledge. Thank you so much Matt and all of the team. It was our first time buying a caravan and our first visit to even have a look around at some, but after spending some time with a lovely gentleman called Richard we found one that we loved and decided to purchase there and then! Richard has exceptional customer service skills and knows how to put the customer at ease, he's also honest which we appreciated and listens which is so important! Our first visit was a lovely experience. When it came to collection there was a couple of hiccups, however I always feel that the best customer service experience doesn't necessarily happen when things go right but sometimes when things might go wrong and it's about how it's dealt with. A special mention for Jordan, as she was amazing, spending a lot of her time trying to help and I really felt she went that extra mile. There was never any excuses, only apologies and attempts to help correct the situation. The next day we met Colin which in itself was an experience lol! A fantastic gentleman who really looked after us and took his time explaining everything during the handover whilst enjoying a bit of banter and some laughs at the same time. Couldn't have asked more from him. I can see many reviews mentioning Matt, however I highly recommend requesting the expertise and customer service skills of Colin and Richard. As a customer service advisor myself who is very passionate about customer service, they offer some of the best customer service that I've ever experienced. I wouldn't hesitate going back there again. We felt safe in their hands, we trust them and had overall a very enjoyable experience getting our first ever caravan.
