The best decision I ever made was to go private with this practice. With my previous practice I was waiting regularly for 90 minutes to be seen, here I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes after arrival. Impressions have a way of immediately putting you at ease and I've been way more comfortable here getting root canal and even an implant than I was just getting a filling at my previous practice. I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone looking to move practices, they have been instrumental in turning my dental health around into the much better state it is today.

Absolutely fantastic service, I would highly recommend this dental practice. I enquired at the practice for help and advice after a procedure I had had done elsewhere had gone horribly wrong. I got an emergency appointment the next day with Sam. He looked after me to the highest standard and went through every option available to me. I felt comfortable and cared for during the whole procedure. I went to Impressions in complete agony and left there feeling better and assured. Having previously had several poor experiences at another dental practice, I was quite nervous to be sitting back in a dental chair again. However my new experience at Impressions Dental Care was really good, Sam made me feel relaxed as talked through my dental plan with me. He is very informative and gentle, putting patients need first. All the staff at this practice are very friendly and respectful to their customers. A lovely Team who work well together

Experienced personal medical problems from chemo and radiation which affected my teeth. The service and respect from the moment you walk in feels very personal to your needs. Sam the dentist who dealt with my case was very professional and diligent and gave me many options which melted my nerves away. Also very caring and supportive as was all the dental nurses.
